2.   AGREEMENT

 

Radio Station agrees to broadcast the show(s) below as indicated by check marks, at the designated times, and in each program’s entirety.

 

A.     _____ Station agrees to broadcast the 2-hour weekly show Bluegrass Gospel USA! ™ at

 

       (time) _____________ on (day) __________________ each week.

 

B.    Radio Station agrees to notify Bill Miller (hereafter referred to as “PRODUCER”) if the show or shows are re-scheduled for different times, and will endeavor to provide PRODUCER with 30 days notice before the show(s) is/are re-scheduled.

 

C.    Radio Station agrees to air the shows between 6 AM and 10 PM any day unless pre-approval is granted from PRODUCER (note: we can be flexible).  Radio Station may repeat the show two more times during the week provided PRODUCER is notified (repeated shows may air any day at any time around the clock).

 

D.    Radio Station agrees to run commercials designed by PRODUCER as they are included in the show (all shows provided by the PRODUCER may not contain commercials) during each airing.

 

E.    The period of this agreement shall be for one (1) year from first airing, and will be considered automatically renewed for each consecutive year.  However, either party may cancel this agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days written notice.

 

F.    Station agrees to run the :30 promotional spot included with each weekly show a minimum of 10 times weekly between shows, but not more than 40 times a week.
